Schmerkrapfen su vam zapravo krafne pr\u017eene na svinjskoj masti \u0161to im daje finu hrskavu koricu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 paketi\u0107 suhog kvasca (ili 20 g svje\u017eeg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g putra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 paketi\u0107 vanilij \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>marmelada po \u017eelji (za punjenje, opcionalno)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>svinjska mast za pr\u017eenje oko 600ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu za posipat na kraju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Postupak:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U mlakom mlijeku!!! Ako stavite iz fri\u0111a il pre toplo kvasac ne bu reagiral kak treba i sve ide vrit! Dodaj jaja, putar i mlijeko s kvascem. Umijesi glatko tijesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokrij tijesto i ostavi na toplom 1,5 h da naraste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razvaljaj tijesto na 2 cm debljine. Izre\u017ei krugove (oko 6-7 cm \ud83d\ude42 ). U sredinu stavi \u017eli\u010dicu pekmeza. Ovo je austrijski stil krafni a oni naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e stavljaju od marelica pekmez a ti stvai koji te volja. Zatvori krafnu drugim krugom tijesta da pekmez bude zatvoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U dubokoj tavi zagrij svinjsku mast na 180\u202f\u00b0C. E sad, nemate pojma na plo\u010di koliko je to pa na struji je to valjda 5a ak imate indukcijsku to je onda 8.
